Organize an Interview in the Peanut Machines Manufacturer
With the fast development and increasing products types in this peanut machines company, leaders are thinking to employ more salesmen. When I was in university, I heard that marketing is one of the most difficult works in the whole world. It is said that success of a salesman 30% depend on diligence and 70% rely on luck. So the new salesmen in this company must possess extraordinary patience and stress tolerance. The manager of our department is responsible for the recruitment and interview. As a new in this company, I am very circus about the questions the applicants will meet.
As a professional peanut machines manufacturer, I know that most people may have no clear idea about the characteristics, so we pay much attention to applicants’ ability. The following are the questions we prepare for the interview:
First: what are you strengths and weaknesses? The salesman should be familiar with products like themselves. They may know how to introduce peanut machines to customers.
Second: why did you leave your last job? Human relationship is key part for salesman, if he or she had problem with interpersonal relation, I must doubt that whether he can have nice talk with customers.
Third: what are you salary requirements? Salary is not my primary consideration, but I have to pay the bills, so I am open to any reasonable offer.----My leader prefer that answer.
